Hướng nghiên cứu:

  • Nghiên cứu phát triển các hệ thống chuyển gen/ biểu hiện gen/ chỉnh sửa genome tiên tiến phục vụ cải biến di truyền một số vi nấm công nghiệp (Aspergillus oryzae, Aspergillus niger, Penicillium chrysogenum, Cordyceps militaris, Trichoderma harzianum, …) nhằm tạo ra các chủng có khả năng sản xuất enzyme/ protein, chất tạo màu tự nhiên, hoặc các chất có hoạt tính sinh học với hiệu suất cao.
  • Nghiên cứu sản xuất một số enzyme, chất tạo màu tự nhiên, các chất có hoạt tính sinh học từ nấm.
  • Nghiên cứu phát triển công nghệ lai tạo, nuôi trồng và chiết xuất các thành phần có lợi từ nấm dược liệu Cordyceps militaris.
  • Nghiên cứu phát triển công nghệ sản xuất chế phẩm sinh học thế hệ mới dùng trong phòng chống bệnh hại cây trồng.
  • Nghiên cứu xác định các gen độc lực mà một số vi nấm sử dụng như một loại "vũ khí" để tấn công gây bệnh cây trồng.

  1. Nghiên cứu phát triển công nghệ mới để lai tạo, phục hồi và duy trì các chủng nấm dược liệu Cordyceps militaris có hiệu suất cao về hình thành quả thể và sinh tổng hợp cordycepin (2020-2022). Đề tài cấp ĐHQGHN, mã số: QG.20.19 (chủ trì).
  2. Nghiên cứu phát triển hệ thống biểu hiện gen mới ở nấm dược liệu Cordyceps militaris phục vụ sản xuất enzym tái tổ hợp và các chất có hoạt tính sinh học (2020-2022). Đề tài cấp ĐHQGHN, mã số: KLEPT.20.03 (thành viên chủ chốt).
  3. Điều tra vai trò của các gen liên quan đến phức hệ protein velvet ở nấm sợi Aspergillus niger Penicillium digitatum (2018-2021). Đề tài Quỹ NAFOSTED, mã số: 106-NN.04-2018.36 (chủ trì).
  4. Phát triển và ứng dụng các vector nhị thể thế hệ mới phục vụ cải biến di truyền các loài nấm sợi thông qua phương pháp chuyển gen nhờ vi khuẩn Agrobacterium (2015-2018). Đề tài Quỹ NAFOSTED, mã số: 106-NN.04-2014.75 (chủ trì).
  5. Nghiên cứu thiết kế hệ thống vector biểu hiện gen nhằm nâng cao hiệu suất sinh tổng hợp enzyme ở nấm sợi Aspergillus oryzae (2014-2016). Đề tài cấp ĐHQGHN, mã số: KLEPT.14.01 (chủ trì).
